SMS Privacy Notice

Prelaunch: tournament text delivery is not active. This notice covers the TrashyBass tournament text program only, not the entire website.

Support and privacy contact: pocketfisherman13@gmail.com.

Information used for texts

If you choose this program, we use your phone number, account association, ownership-verification status, consent preferences, relevant tournament participation and picking-turn details to provide the notifications you request. Consent, opt-out and delivery records help us operate the program and honor your choices.

Service providers and marketing

We do not sell or rent your mobile number or SMS consent, or share them for another company’s marketing. SignalWire, carriers and necessary service providers may process this information to operate and deliver the texts.

Your choices and records

Enrollment is optional and separate from membership, purchases and tournament participation. Saving a phone or requesting an ownership code does not itself enroll you in tournament notifications. You can turn off your text preferences in your account. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out or contact support for help.

We retain consent and opt-out records as needed to honor your choices, including minimal suppression records that prevent unwanted texts from resuming. Routine messaging logs are intended for operation and troubleshooting, not indefinite retention; we plan to review them for cleanup. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period or automatic deletion from backups.
